shipping
all orders ship within 1-5 days, most ship within 1-2 days.
all orders over $55 will automatically have free shipping applied. otherwise, a flat rate of $8 will be applied.
please note, en mer is not responsible for your package after it has left our hands. we will do our best to assist with any packages that have been lost or delayed, but cannot always accomodate for our shipping partners.
currently, en mer only ships domestically within the United States.
returns & refunds
unfortunately, we do not accept returns. however, we want you to be just as happy when you leave as when you came into our shop. if your order is damaged or incorrect upon receiving it, please reach to us within 48 hours of delivery using the contact page. after your submission, we will follow up to request photos and then will be happy to issue a refund or replacement.
please note that shipping charges are nonrefundable in most circumstances.
cancellations
most orders can be cancelled if they have not yet shipped. please submit your cancellation request using the contact page. we will do our best to accommodate all requests, but cancellations may not be possible depending on where your order is in the pipeline.
the nature of handmade
all our products are handmade, each one is hand poured in small batches. this means that they may have variations that naturally occur. this will not affect the quality of your item. please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.
